SevenRooms reservation alerts and TableOne
Restaurants use SevenRooms for reservations, waitlists, and guest communication. When a restaurant's official booking flow uses SevenRooms, TableOne can monitor the member's chosen criteria 24/7 and send the member to that official flow when a match is detected.
What SevenRooms provides
SevenRooms is restaurant-facing reservation and guest-experience software. The restaurant controls the inventory and policies presented in its booking flow, and availability can differ by restaurant.
A restaurant may use reservation, waitlist, or communication features in different ways. There is no single release or notification rule that can be assumed for every SevenRooms restaurant.
Where TableOne fits
TableOne monitors member-selected criteria 24/7, including scheduled, manual, added, and cancelled availability. When a match is detected, the member completes the booking in the restaurant's official SevenRooms flow. TableOne does not change restaurant inventory, waitlist position, deposits, or booking policies.
Before you rely on an alert
An alert is not a reservation and does not guarantee that a table will still be available. TableOne does not hold or resell reservations; booking is completed on the restaurant's official booking platform and remains subject to that platform's and restaurant's terms.
