How TableOne reservation alerts work
TableOne turns an ongoing restaurant search into a set-it-and-monitor workflow. Choose or add the restaurant you want, define an acceptable date, time window, and party size, and TableOne monitors supported booking platforms 24/7 for a match.
What problem does TableOne solve?
Getting a difficult reservation can mean checking multiple booking platforms, remembering a scheduled release, and searching again for cancellations or manually added tables. The best opening may appear while you are asleep, working, or simply looking somewhere else.
TableOne takes over that repeated checking. You describe a reservation you would actually accept once, and the service keeps watching. When it detects a match, a push notification sends you to the official booking platform to try to reserve it.
From restaurant choice to booking
- Choose a restaurant in TableOne. If it is not already shown, you can add the restaurant you want.
- Choose the dates, time window, and party size that would work for you.
- TableOne monitors supported reservation platforms 24/7 for availability that matches those rules.
- When a matching opening is detected, TableOne sends a push notification.
- Tap the alert and complete the reservation on the restaurant's official booking platform.
Why 24/7 monitoring is the value
The value is not knowing a restaurant's release schedule. The value is not having to know it. TableOne keeps monitoring 24/7 for scheduled drops, manual releases, newly added inventory, and cancellations that return to the booking platform.
That continuous watch helps ensure you do not miss a matching opening simply because it appeared outside a published schedule or while you were not checking. A calendar reminder and a platform's native notification can still be useful, but neither is a prerequisite for TableOne monitoring.
You still control the final booking. TableOne does not reserve a table on your behalf, bypass restaurant rules, or make inventory available that the restaurant has not released.
What to expect from an alert
An alert is not a reservation and does not guarantee that a table will still be available. TableOne does not hold or resell reservations; booking is completed on the restaurant's official booking platform and remains subject to that platform's and restaurant's terms.
- Keep notifications enabled on the device where you use TableOne.
- Sign in to the relevant booking platform before a likely opening when possible.
- Use a realistic time range and party size; a narrower match gives the monitor fewer possible tables.
- Review deposits, cancellation fees, and other restaurant policies before confirming.
